PARTNERSHIPS

Many sports clubs and other organisations provide sporting opportunities within Tayside for people with learning disabilities and we are pleased to work in partnership with them.

Athletes showing potential are encourage to enter all appropriate events while development and training facilities are provided by various local authority centres, voluntary, private and other organisations.

We enjoy an excellent working partnership with the three local Authorities and Tayside Primary Care NHS Trust. Without the support afforded by local politicians and officials, the scope of Tayside Special Olympics would be severely restricted.
